Description

Safety & Surveillance (Lifeguarding) * Continuously monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure swimmer safety. * Enforce pool rules and regulations politely but firmly. * Perform rescue operations and administer First Aid/CPR if emergencies arise. * Maintain a daily log of pool usage and incidents. 2. Pool Maintenance & Cleaning * Water Quality: Test water chemistry (pH, Chlorine, Alkalinity) twice daily and inform the Supervisor of the results * Cleaning: Skim debris from the water surface, vacuum the pool floor, and scrub the pool tiles/edges. * Hygiene: Ensure the pool deck, shower areas, and changing rooms are clean and hazard-free. REQUIREMENTS * Certification: Valid Lifeguard License * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar dual role. * Technical Skills: Knowledge of pool chemicals, dosing systems, and filtration units. * Soft Skills: Alert, physically fit, and able to communicate clearly with residents/guests
