JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and be adept at working with various plumbing systems. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment in residential and commercial settings. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to plumbing work.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Previous experience on construction sites is preferred.
• Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely.
• Experience in carpentry or remodeling is beneficial.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

• Conduct pipe threading and assembly as required for different projects.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites, including carpenters and HVAC technicians.
• Perform heavy lifting as necessary during installations or repairs.
• Provide maintenance person services as needed for remodeling projects.
