Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, licensed plumber to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will have their own vehicle and full set of tools, and be ready to start immediately, managing maintenance and minor installations across properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general plumbing maintenance: repairs, servicing fixtures (taps, toilets, showers, hot water systems),& minor installations.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly and accurately.
• Provide plumbing compliance certificates and documentation as required.
• Record materials, hours, and job details accurately.
• Respond to routine maintenance requests within business hours; coordinate scheduling effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Plumbing (or equivalent) and current plumbing / gas fitting license (if you have completed the Cert 3 and or an apprenticeship but are not licensed, you may still apply to work with us however we may offer you a different position)
• Own reliable vehicle and complete plumbing toolkit.
• Proven experience across a broad range of plumbing tasks.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle workload with minimal supervision.
