JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated JM Plumber to join our team. We need a site for man that has experience in running new multi family construction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and regulations. We are also seeking 3rd and 4th years that can work independently

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing work.
• Experience with carpentry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
• Utilize carpentry skills for custom installations or repairs as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.
