VACANCY ADVERTISEMENT: PLUMBER Lumwana Mining Company seeks to recruit highly motivated and committed individuals for the position of Plumber to join the versatile Maintenance Team. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: * Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, pipelines, fixtures, and water infrastructure. * Inspect and troubleshoot leaks, blockages, equipment faults, and system failures. * Maintain and repair industrial water supply and drainage systems across the mine site. * Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and inspection of SPU pumps within macerator tanks, including those associated with the sewage treatment plant. * Conduct regular inspections and assessments of plumbing installations across building infrastructure to ensure proper operation, safety, and compliance with relevant standards. * Assist with preventative maintenance programs in line with maintenance schedules. * Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency plumbing issues. * Work closely with maintenance teams to support operational needs and minimize downtime. * Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
