About the Role: The Plumbing Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems and pumps in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all work meets industry standards and safety regulations. The technician will interact directly with customers, providing professional service and recommendations for system improvements. Additionally, they will maintain accurate documentation, manage truck inventory, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to respond to emergency service calls as needed. What We Offer: $38.00 - $55.00 per hour DOE. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required; technical school or apprenticeship preferred. Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license (as required by state/local laws). OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 or other plumbing-related certifications preferred. 1–5+ years of plumbing experience in commercial or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and system troubleshooting. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience with plumbing tools/equipment (pipe cutters, threaders, torches, augers, inspection cameras, etc.). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must pass background check and drug screening. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts. Physically able to lift 75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle varied job site conditions. What You'll Do: Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems and pumps in commercial and industrial settings. Perform preventive maintenance and respond promptly to service calls. Install new plumbing systems and components per industry standards. Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports. Manage truck inventory, tools, and equipment. Interact directly with customers, providing updates and professional recommendations. Adhere to safety standards, PPE requirements, and company protocols at all times.
