About the Role
Construct Labour Solutions is actively recruiting on behalf of our client, Structure Group, for a permanent full-time plumber to join their growing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering stable ongoing work on commercial and residential construction projects across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
We are seeking a licensed and experienced plumber who is reliable, safety-focused, and ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of water, drainage, and gas systems
• Rough-in and fit-off plumbing works for new builds and renovations
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Ensuring all work complies with current industry regulations and safety standards
• Working collaboratively with site managers and other trades
• Completing tasks on time with attention to detail

Requirements

• VIC Plumbing Registration or License (essential)
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in plumbing (commercial or residential)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High standard of workmanship and safety awareness
