As a vital member of our skilled construction team, you will:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing installation for water supply, drainage, and fixtures.
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures (e.g., sinks, toilets, showers), and water heating systems in custom homes.
  • Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes, using both hand and power tools, and join components using clamps, soldering, cement, or compression fittings, delivering precise and durable results.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality using air or water pressure gauges to uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, including diagnosing leaks, blockages, or faulty fixtures and executing efficient, high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local building and plumbing codes and prioritise health and safety on all job sites.
  • Collaborate with construction crews, including carpenters, electricians, and site managers, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of plumbing systems during the build.
  • Support clients with clear communication, advising on system maintenance, providing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring a reassuring and professional experience.
  • Maintain records of tasks and materials, aiding in job costing, inventory management, and transparent project documentation
