• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and plumbing system malfunctions, including troubleshooting intricate wiring issues and identifying hidden pipe leaks.
• Install and maintain electrical panels, wiring, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with safety codes and providing efficient power distribution solutions.
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, guaranteeing leak-free and code-compliant installations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical and plumbing systems, identifying potential problems and recommending preventative maintenance to prevent costly repairs. * Respond to emergency calls promptly, providing rapid solutions for electrical outages, burst pipes, and other critical plumbing or electrical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for both electrical and plumbing projects, enabling precise and accurate installations and repairs.
• Estimate project costs, prepare material lists, and manage project timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining technical issues in clear, understandable terms and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational understanding of basic principles.
• Has certifications in relevant areas like OSHA, confined space entry, or backflow prevention, highlighting specialized expertise.
• Has experience working in the residential or commercial construction environment, indicating familiarity with various project types.
• Displays proficiency in the use of hand and power tools specific to both trades, ensuring efficient and effective work.
• Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure, essential for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
