Exciting news! We have expanded into the vibrant BC and AV market and have several large residential projects currently under construction. BC has now 11 projects (7 towers), AB 330 units apartment under construction, and more projects are coming. As we embark on this new journey, we are actively seeking construction-related talent to join our growing team.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing and HVAC Construction Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the installation and construction of plumbing and HVAC systems on our projects. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of our projects on time and with high-quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Journeyman Plumbers
  • 6 years+ of experience in plumbing and HVAC construction, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in safety protocols and the ability to enforce them effectively.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills to motivate and manage a crew.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of plumbing and HVAC technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise and schedule daily tasks, assigning responsibilities to team members as needed.
  • Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
  • Coordinate with project managers and communicate progress and issues.
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and other trade professionals to ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs and reports.
