WE HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR A FULLY QUALIFIED PLUMBER/GAS ENGINEER TO JOIN OUR BUSY WORKS TEAM AT COWDRAY ESTATE.

Role: Plumber/Gas Engineer
Location: Cowdray Estate, Midhurst
Contract type: 45 hours across 5 days
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 pa

THE POSITION

We are looking for an organised, experienced and friendly Gas Engineer to join our busy team. Delivery of the highest spec finish is paramount to meet the standards of Cowdray Estate, and you will be involved in both general maintenance and exciting refurbishment projects.
Work will be carried out in occupied tenanted buildings, so a professional and courteous manner is essential, as are the following qualifications:
CCNI core domestic gas safety; domestic gas boilers and water heaters; CENWAT domestic gas boilers and water heaters; CKRI domestic gas cookers and Unvented hot water. Ideally, you will be Gas Safe registered and have experience working on Grade II listed buildings, and desirable qualifications for this position would also include HTRI Gas Fires; LPG and OFTEC 101, 105E and 600A.
