GAS ENGINEER/PLUMBER:

London Construction Contractor Ltd (LCC) is a fast-growing design & construction company based in Central and West London. We specialise in high-quality commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds across Greater London, working with developers, private investors, and hospitality brands.
We are seeking a skilled Plumber with general maintenance experience to join our team in London. This role involves carrying out plumbing installations, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks across commercial and residential sites. You will work closely with our site teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and fault-finding.
• Perform routine building maintenance (basic carpentry, tiling, and minor repairs).
• Respond to emergency call-outs and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of work and materials used.
• Liaise with clients and site managers to provide excellent service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumber with additional maintenance skills.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (desirable).
• Knowledge of UK plumbing regulations and safety procedures.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Gas Safe Registered (essential)
• Proven experience in domestic gas work (servicing, breakdowns)

Qualifications:

• Gas safe qualifications
• Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix issues
• Competent in basic maths for measurements and fittings
• Experience with power tools for efficient work practices
• Driving license required
• Capable of Moderate lifting tasks
