Description:
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of facility assets/systems such as pipes, fittings and plumbing fixtures to maintain the water, gas, and drainage on hospital property
- Oversee heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration / fire systems and building control systems
- Monitor alarms, gauges and other instruments
- Carry out a preventative maintenance program through inspections of all mechanical systems and equipment associated with the plumbing and heating trade
- Complete general handyman duties as assigned, such as hang pictures, patch and paint walls, etc.
