JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This includes working with pipes, fixtures, drainage systems, water heaters, and other plumbing-related equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of plumbing codes, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship or trade school program.
  • Valid plumbing license (as required by local/state regulations).
  • Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Familiarity with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and materials required.
  • Assemble, install, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, and gas systems.
  • Ensure all installations and repairs meet local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
  • Respond to emergency plumbing calls and perform troubleshooting on site.
  • Maintain accurate records of time spent, materials used, and services performed.
  • Advise clients on plumbing system care and preventative maintenance.
