OVERVIEW

We are seeking two skilled and dedicated Plumbers to join our team. One for construction projects all around Winnipeg and surrounding communities, teams of 2-6 on site. The second position is for a service plumbing specialist or someone with an appropriate RSE who wants to spend more time on smaller projects and service problem solving.
Ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work with hand and power tools while adhering to COR safety standards. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues.
  • Familiarity with hydronic HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
  • A valid plumbing license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
