Working within the luxurious surroundings of our beautifully restored Taymouth Castle Estate and at the breathtaking Glenlyon Estate as well as the Moness Resort the Plumber is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the safe operation of all plumbing. Your expertise will be needed to conduct planned preventative maintenance tasks, fault rectification, fault investigations and emergency call outs.
This role will oversee all areas of the business and will work closely with and be directed by the maintenance manager. Your expertise and knowledge will contribute to the safety, comfort, and overall experience of our guests and staff throughout the club. This specialist role covers all areas and include guest homes as required, staff housing, and various buildings throughout the estate.

Responsibilities

Joining our team as Plumber you ensure the safe and efficient operation of our plumbing systems, contributing to a comfortable and secure environment for guests and colleagues. Your expertise and dedication will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our luxury club.
You ensure the completion of all planned preventative maintenance, repairs, and fault investigations on time and to meet the expected high standards associated with the club and as directed by facilities and operations management at various locations throughout the estate.
Responding swiftly to any emergency call outs wherever they may be located within the estate. Fault rectification while monitoring and ensuring the correct operation and proper use of all assets, equipment, and systems. Coaching and assisting the operational team.
Monitoring the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment. While maintaining excellent documentation Work Order reports, with the aid of photographs and a detailed description of works conducted and anything that is remaining.
Co-ordinating the shutdown and start-ups of utilities when conditions necessitate. Communicating accurately and effectively with department managers, colleagues and when required members and their guests.
Following procedures for the use of Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance and Standard Operating Procedures. Challenging SOPs as part of our continuous improvement strategy; safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Assisting Maintenance Manager when directed, repairing fire and life safety systems and equipment, HVAC, plumbing systems, kitchen appliances, heating and refrigeration equipment, pool and pool equipment, and other systems/equipment. Maintaining work vehicles (conduct pre-use checks and regularly clean as necessary). Other duties and special projects as and when assigned.
