JOB SUMMARY:

The Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial projects. This includes water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and related plumbing components. The Plumber must ensure all work complies with safety regulations and plumbing codes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven 2+ years of experience as a Plumber in construction or maintenance roles.
• Certification or license in plumbing (as required by local regulations).
• Experience with PPR, PVC, CPVC, copper, and GI piping systems
• Familiarity with pump systems, water tanks, and heating systems is a plus.
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity, and awareness of health and safety standards and regulations.

• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment for water supply and drainage.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and building specifications to map out the layout of plumbing systems.
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and perform appropriate repairs.
• Install and maintain sanitary fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and water heaters.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Collaborate with other trades (electricians, HVAC, etc.) to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
