Walters Industrial Mechanical Ltd. is looking to maintain the growth of our company, and provide quality service from talented and qualified individuals. We are wanting to put more customers in the capable hands of our world class crew of commercial/industrial heating, cooling, mechanical and plumbing specialists.
Walters offers comprehensive inspection, installation, repair and maintenance services to our valued customers. Our customers are all industrial/commercial and are looking to keep their people and properties comfortable year-round.
Your job as a Plumber would be to repair or replace any broken, damaged or failing items in any building system. Weather it be a set of taps, leaking drain line, failing zone valve or a broken-down boiler in a heating system. Walters is a well diversified company that is not afraid to tackle almost any aspect of a building system. As a Plumber, you will need to be able to assess the problem, sort out the cause of the issue, and find the resolution to the problem. This may require some fast thinking on your feet, as trouble shooting is a very large portion of any good trade person’s job. There is also a customer service side of the position. This will require you to communicate clearly and professionally with our customers so that they understand the issues at hand, what you are preparing to do about it and what the end result will be. There is always a beginning, middle and end to every story. If this is communicated clearly to our customers, they will feel more at ease and will welcome your professional service. Communication is vital for the daily operation of both the customers and the office, as well as with fellow staff members.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· “Service Plumbers” with a second year to journeyperson level experience.
.” Construction Plumbers” with a third year to journeyperson level experience.
· An outgoing “I care” personality with excellent planning, and organizational skills
· An individual that adheres to deadlines and schedules
· Individuals that will go above and beyond. If need be, work the extra hours
· Excellent relationship building and communication skills are required with an ability to resolve problems and make decisions
· A gifted ability to answer customer inquiries, and manage multi tasks
· Willing to work with others and lend a hand where needed, sometimes outside their trade
· Ability to read and understand a multimeter
· Have an understanding of hydronic heating systems would be an asset
· An individual that is willing to undergo a criminal records background check. This is due to the customers that we are employed to serve and what their requirements are
