Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for an IV/Assessor in Plumbing and Gas to join our excellent Construction Apprenticeships team, based at the iconic Roundhouse Campus on Pride Park in Derby. THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is a great opportunity for experienced industry engineers and trades people who are looking for new challenges in a different sector.
Within this role you’ll be supporting and progressing a caseload of students to achieve identified outcomes including all component parts of the Apprenticeship Standards, within the approved timeframes. Alongside this, you’ll ensure that all delivery practices meet the requirements of both internal and external quality and compliance.
You will contribute to a high-quality learning and assessment experience for our apprentices, adding your experience and skills to the team and using this to benefit and inspire the future workforce. Within this role you will also build relationships with local employers.
