SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic Instructor to join our team in Dartford. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality training programs that empower students with essential skills in plumbing and gas, aligning with our mission to foster excellence in vocational education.

Experience:

• teaching: 3 years (preferred

• Deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to student needs.
• Instruct students in plumbing/gas techniques and safety practices.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Manage classroom activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support students in achieving their vocational goals.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as an instructor or teacher, preferably in a vocational setting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and gas systems and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in plumbing and/or gas are essential.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in teaching/assessing are preferred
