Fusionline Mechancial specializes in commercials retrofits of heating and cooling systems. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial settings. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the plumbing industry while gaining hands-on experience and technical skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of how plumbing systems function.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
  • Previous experience as a carpenter or in a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
  • This position is work through out the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley some out of town projects (non mandatory out of town work).
  • Assist in the installation of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Help troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues under the guidance of experienced plumbers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during projects.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Learn about local plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance during installations.
