Salary: £37,215.84 per year
Location: Field-based, North Wales
Hours: 40 per week (Mon–Fri, 8am–4.30pm)

We’re looking for a skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer to carry out boiler servicing, maintenance, and installation work across our homes. You’ll also support planned projects such as kitchen, bathroom, and wet room refurbishments, helping to keep our residents’ homes safe, warm, and comfortable.

• Boiler servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs
• General plumbing (pipework, taps, radiators, gas appliances)
• Supporting planned upgrades in kitchens and bathrooms
• Coordinating with colleagues and residents
• Attending emergencies as part of an out-of-hours rota
• Maintaining a clean, safe company vehicle
