Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a Customer Care Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting homeowners and maintaining essential systems. You’ll be the friendly face of the business—combining strong plumbing and domestic gas knowledge with excellent communication skills.

TYPICAL DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Attending residential properties to diagnose and resolve plumbing & heating faults
· Delivering outstanding customer service at every visit
· Submitting detailed job reports daily
· Completing risk assessments to ensure the safety of yourself and customers
· Proactively contacting customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
· Reporting recurring issues to help us enhance service quality
· Be part of the out of hours on call rota
