Your Role As a Plumbing Apprentice, you’ll train alongside experienced plumbers to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn the trade from the ground up, and help customers make confident, informed decisions about their home’s plumbing needs. Maintain clear communication with dispatch, your manager, and the installation team. Complete all documentation accurately and on time. Represent the company with professionalism and a clean, polished appearance. Keep tools, vehicles, and work areas organized and safe. Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills and career. Obtain necessary certifications (we’ll help you get there!). Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the plumbing trade. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 100 lbs). Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Clear communication skills — verbal and written.
