Requirements What We Offer Our Plumbing Apprentice: • $18/hour to start • Monday–Friday schedule • Hands-on training with experienced plumbers • Clear path to becoming a licensed plumber • Stable, year-round work • A team that supports you and wants to see you grow What You’ll Do as Our Plumbing Apprentice: • Work alongside experienced plumbers on service calls and installs • Learn how to diagnose and fix plumbing issues • Assist with tools, materials, and job site setup • Gain real, hands-on experience every day in the field • Learn how to take care of customers the right way What We’re Looking For in Our Plumbing Apprentice: • You want to become a plumber (this is a must) • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Reliable and shows up on time • Positive attitude and team player • Comfortable working with your hands and being in the field • Valid driver’s license preferred • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Who We Are: D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is a growing company in Midland that takes pride in doing things the right way. Responsibilities

The apprentice will work alongside experienced plumbers to diagnose and fix plumbing issues while assisting with job site setup and tool management. They will also gain hands-on experience in the field and learn how to provide excellent customer service.
