Description Assist in executing plumbing installations & service calls for both residential and commercial projects under the supervision of experienced Plumbers, aiming to learn and apply plumbing techniques and principles. Help maintain positive relationships with customers, supporting senior team members before, during, and after projects to ensure client satisfaction. Assist in keeping the assigned truck, tools, and equipment in excellent condition, learning the importance of organization, maintenance, and functionality. Engage in constant communication with the team, including, when needed; the coordinator, dispatcher, managers, and experienced plumbers to ensure smooth project execution and to facilitate your learning process. Support the team in managing and documenting inventory usage on projects, and help maintain accurate records of all work performed, including photographic and video documentation, under the guidance of more experienced team members. Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, contributing to the company's reputation for respectfulness and attention to detail. Participate actively in all training sessions, both technical and soft skills, showing eagerness to learn and grow within the plumbing field. Requirements A strong desire to learn and pursue a career in plumbing, with an interest in both residential and commercial systems. Basic knowledge of hand tools and a willingness to acquire the necessary tools required for the trade as you progress. Good organizational, communication, and observational skills, aiming to learn from experienced professionals. An enthusiastic approach to learning, problem-solving, and project participation. Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record. A commitment to professional development and learning, with a goal to advance within the plumbing profession.
