Description We’re looking for an exceptional Plumbing Install Apprentice who can deliver world-class customer service while learning the plumbing trade the right way. As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team, developing technical competency and helping deliver high-quality plumbing installations every time. By working closely with the Lead Plumber, you will help complete jobs on time and under budget, supporting the company’s operational and financial goals. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Assist the lead plumber in all residential and/or light commercial plumbing installations; work efficiently and accurately. Help install plumbing systems including water supply lines, gas piping, drain/waste/vent systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components. Learn to establish strong customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. Present yourself as professional, knowledgeable, and respectful to earn customer trust, referrals, and repeat business. Support the lead plumber in maintaining a clean, organized job site and a properly stocked, well-inventoried truck. Participate actively in all formal training and on-the-job learning to master plumbing installation methods and best practices. Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork, job notes, and documentation. Requirements Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials (or strong desire to learn). Understanding of applicable plumbing codes and installation standards (or willingness to learn quickly). Clean, safe driving record. Strong verbal and written communications.
