QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction or related fields.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with assembly processes in a construction or manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with the assembly and installation of various components using hand tools and power tools.
• Performing maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assist in project execution.
• Utilizing basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to construction tasks.
• Supporting carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and welding activities as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
