JOB DESCRIPTION:

Universal BIM is looking for an experienced Plumbing Draughtsman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing drafting and design. Candidates must be locally available in the UAE and ready to start immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and plumbing design principles.
• Knowledge of UAE plumbing codes and standards is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

• Prepare detailed plumbing shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and site teams for design accuracy.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
• Maintain proper documentation and meet project deadlines.
