Responsibilities Create and maintain detailed 3D models of Plumbing and Firefighting systems (Domestic Water, Drainage, Stormwater, Irrigation, Firefighting, etc.) using Autodesk Revit. Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet project specifications, codes, and standards. Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from 3D models, including plans, sections, and details. Coordinate Plumbing models with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other MEP disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage. Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle — from concept through all design stages. Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and families. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the design team with technical modeling tasks. Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and industry standards. Develop, manage, and coordinate 3D BIM models for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). Prepare QA/QC checklists for project submissions. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, specifically in Plumbing and Firefighting systems. Strong experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience working on large-scale construction projects is a plus. Experience working on ACC / BIM360 and ISO 19650 workflows. Experience working with Dynamo, BIM 360, or other advanced BIM tools. Skills Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM360). Excellent understanding of domestic water, drainage, stormwater, and firefighting systems design. Knowledge of digitalization processes and automation tools like Dynamo, MagiCAD, etc. Knowledge in hydraulic calculations and pump room coordination is an added advantage. Knowledge in Revizto is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

The role involves creating and maintaining detailed 3D models for Plumbing and Firefighting systems using Autodesk Revit, and generating 2D drawings and construction documents from these models. Responsibilities also include coordinating models with other MEP disciplines using Navisworks Manage to resolve clashes throughout the project lifecycle.
