What you will do: Coordinate drain installations through clear and timely communication with customers and field personnel Work with city municipalities to pull permits for plumbing projects as needed Review completed plumbing jobs to ensure accuracy on completed invoices, uploaded photos and properly prepared estimates Process payroll for the Plumbing Department Communicate with customers across multiple channels including phone, text, email, and chat. Provide backup support to the dispatch team as needed Answer incoming calls and schedule requested appointments for both Plumbing and HVAC Work rotating weekend shift approximately every 9 weeks Who you are: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry. Service Titan is a big plus Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
