Responsibilities Include: Manage day-to-day operations including service and resource allocation Plan, schedule, and oversee plumbing projects and service calls Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, builders, and commercial clients Take an active role in pursuing major sales opportunities, preparing estimates, and negotiating contracts Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth Set, track, and achieve departmental sales goals, margins, and profitability targets Supervise, train, and evaluate plumbers, apprentices, and support staff Resolve customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the restoration process and addressing their concerns Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes, safety regulations, and licensing requirements Benefits include: 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental and vision 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to 4% company contribution 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Paid weekly Requirements 10+ years of plumbing experience preferred 4+ years of sales experience Valid Journeyman Plumber’s license preferred Strong understanding of plumbing systems Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of local plumbing codes Excellent customer service skills Ability to work as part of a team and take direction Neat and clean presentation Great work ethic Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
