THE PERSON

We are looking for someone who can combine proven plumbing expertise with strong leadership:

• Demonstrable experience in plumbing, water systems or the wider water industry (essential)
• Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a technical team
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH and environmental responsibilities
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trust with colleagues, clients and partners
• Financial awareness, ideally with experience of managing budgets and resources
• Good IT skills, including MS Office and CRM systems
