Job Overview
Canada CRS is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Division Manager to lead our growing plumbing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. From installations and troubleshooting to routine maintenance and repairs, you’ll guide and support your team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality results. We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with proven leadership and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support plumbing technicians on multiple projects
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues while guiding the team toward solutions
• Perform and oversee pipe welding when required
• Collaborate with HVAC and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system performance
• Manage tools, equipment, and ensure job sites remain safe and organized
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Report to senior management on project progress and team performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices
• Valid plumbing license or certification (preferred, not mandatory)
• Previous leadership experience (foreman, lead, or manager role is an asset)
• Familiarity with HVAC systems (asset)
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and fieldwork when required
• Valid driver’s license (commercial vehicle operation an asset)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
