Responsible and plays a key role in plumbing design, tender management and quality control. Proactively support team leader and coordinate with project manager in work and resource planning. Mentoring and coaching junior engineer. /LP Qualifications Bachelor degree in Building Services, Plumbing and Fire System, Master degree is preferred. At least 4 years post-qualification experience in design and building services management Registered / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution. Solid technical knowledge. Broad Experience in design for varying building types. Specialized in design for high-profile projects and complex institutional building. Specialized in tender management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high responsibility. Excellent verbal/written both in Chinese and English. Able to work under pressure.
