What We Offer Our Plumbing Field Supervisor • Competitive pay based on experience • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • PTO and paid holidays • Company vehicle • Stable, year-round work • A team that values accountability, growth, and doing things the right way What You’ll Do as Our Plumbing Field Supervisor • Lead and support plumbing technicians in the field • Run residential service calls as needed and lead by example • Troubleshoot difficult jobs and assist plumbers when issues arise • Hold team members accountable for performance, quality, and customer experience • Coach and develop technicians to improve skills and performance • Ensure jobs are completed correctly, efficiently, and to company standards • Work closely with dispatch and management to keep operations running smoothly Requirements What We’re Looking For in Our Plumbing Field Supervisor • Journeyman Plumbing License required (minimum) • At least 5 years of plumbing experience in a residential setting • Proven leadership experience in a plumbing environment • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Ability to coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable • Strong communication and organizational skills • Team player with a hands-on, lead-by-example mindset Who We Are D&D Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is a growing company in Midland that takes pride in doing things the right way.
