We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman – Fit-Out to supervise plumbing installation teams on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical diploma or certification in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Plumbing Foreman in fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and local regulations.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in reading plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in integrated MEP coordination.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Lead and supervise plumbing installation works including piping, fixtures, drainage, and water supply systems for interior fit-out projects.
• Manage and coordinate daily work schedules, manpower, and materials with project managers and site engineers.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with project drawings, specifications, and local codes.
• Monitor workmanship quality and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
• Inspect completed plumbing installations for quality assurance and functionality.
• Report site progress, challenges, and manpower needs to the site engineer or project manager.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and use of plumbing materials and tools.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues during commissioning.
