JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to oversee and coordinate the plumbing activities at construction sites. The Plumbing Foreman will be responsible for supervising plumbing crews, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is a plus.
  • Journeyman or Master Plumber license (depending on regional requirements).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on plumbing experience in a construction environment, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, safety regulations, and local building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbers and plumbing apprentices on construction sites.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
  • Ensure proper installation of piping systems, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure plumbing work meets quality standards and building codes.
  • Order materials and maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trade foremen.
  • Ensure all plumbing personnel adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues or conflicts on the job site.
  • Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
  • Track job progress and submit daily/weekly reports to project management.
