Due to continued growth and acceptance of new contracts, Go-Fix Mechanical & Drainage Services are expanding our offices and require a full-time Plumbing & Heating Operations Supervisor. The successful candidate will be required to manage and oversee all aspects of plumbing and associated works via our busy help desk.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for supporting the help desk in relation to booking plumbing jobs in via our live job logging system (training provided), technical information & support to both field engineers & help desk managers/administrators, raising quotes & estimates and the ordering of parts and materials.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Level 2 Plumbing NVQ or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ experience in plumbing both commercial & domestic
• Full UK driving Licence
• A very strong knowledge of plumbing materials, spares & equipment
• Experience in Microsoft word, outlook etc
• Experience in Management
• Leadership skills and the ability to liaise directly with clients and engineers
• An excellent eye for detail and approach towards work
• Problem solving abilities
• Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
• A willingness to accept and offer out of hours duties like taking telephone calls & emails
