Responsibilities and Duties Assisting customers Providing excellent customer service Loading and unloading vehicles Picking and checking orders Storing stock safely Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment. Dealing with goods – in Organising the warehouse Qualifications and Skills A Counterbalance Forklift License is preferred. Plumbing and heating knowledge would be advantageous. Responsibilities
The operative will assist customers, provide excellent service, and manage the flow of goods by loading, unloading, picking, and checking orders within the external team. Key duties also include safely storing stock, dealing with incoming goods, and maintaining a tidy and safe warehouse environment.
