Plumbing Installer Job Summary We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer with at least 2 years of residential installation experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and confident working independently or leading small crews. This role is perfect for a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential homes. Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components. Ensure the safety of your crew, company vehicles, tools, and customer property at all times. Complete projects independently with minimal supervision. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, dispatch, and management. Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures on all job sites. Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of residential plumbing installation experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and multitask in fast-paced environments. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
