Due to continued growth and a busy project pipeline, our client is seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer (Subcontractor) to join their team on an ongoing basis. SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years’ plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Recognised plumbing qualifications in water systems.
• Valid CSCS card (essential).
• Experience with bathroom installation, including fixtures, pipework, and finishing.
• Good knowledge of health & safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Own hand tools and transport preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with site teams and clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• £200 per day subcontractor rate (weekly pay).
• Full-time work, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday work for extra earnings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out general plumbing installations across a variety of projects.
• Install and maintain bathrooms, heating systems, water heaters, and drainage.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Collaborate with site managers, other trades, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with site safety standards, building regulations, and industry codes of practice.
