Job Summary We’re looking for a seasoned Commercial Plumbing Manager who knows how to lead from the front and deliver results. In this role, you’ll take ownership of commercial plumbing projects from concept to completion—balancing hands-on technical insight with strong leadership and sharp estimating skills. What You’ll Do Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple commercial plumbing projects Supervise, schedule, and mentor field crews and subcontractors Prepare accurate, competitive bids for new construction and renovation work Interpret blueprints and specifications to define scope, materials, and timelines Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly Track budgets, timelines, and progress to deliver projects on time and on point Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and boiler systems Troubleshoot complex mechanical challenges with confidence and expertise Manage materials, equipment, and inventory to keep operations running efficiently What You Bring Valid General Contractor License (Boiler License) or Mechanical Contractor (HT) Proven experience estimating and bidding commercial plumbing projects Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills At least 5 years of commercial plumbing experience Why Join Us?
