What’s In It for You? · Compensation $70,000-75,000/yr plus bonuses · Weekly Pay · Full-time schedule · Medical and Dental Insurance · Company-Matched 401(k) · Paid Time Off · All Major Holidays Off What You’ll Do: Oversee daily plumbing operations and field performance Ensure service quality, safety, and code compliance Manage scheduling, dispatching, and technician productivity Recruit, onboard, and train new team members Collaborate with leadership on pricing, budgeting, and growth initiatives Drive adoption of systems (e.g., ServiceTitan) and KPI tracking Requirements Who You Are: · Experienced: 1-3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the Plumbing trade. · Emotionally Intelligent: You understand how to create a culture of trust, belonging, and shared purpose, fostering a team that feels safe, connected, and motivated to succeed. · A Data-Driven Leader: You excel at analyzing and interpreting data to inform decisions and drive results. · A Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. · Work Schedule and Expectations: Candidates must be adaptable and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
