We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead our Plumbing operations in Toronto. Our skilled and driven leadership team is excited to show you our current operational processes, but we are always open to creative new ideas. We are looking for someone capable of building and training a new team of technicians as well as expand our brand into a new market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working trade knowledge of Plumbing Construction
• Plumbing License
• Strong ability to read prints and drawings
• Sales training considered an asset
• Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adapt and learn software programs

Our Plumbing Division Manager is responsible for guiding the team, keeping projects on track, and building a strong, positive work environment.
They also focus on creating and maintaining great relationships with our customers, suppliers, and others in the industry.
It’s a role that blends leadership, teamwork, and trust — making sure our people have what they need to do their best work every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all areas of Plumbing operations
• Build new team and train staff
• Managing residential and small commercial projects
• Ensuring timely delivery of services, materials, and equipment
• Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the project
