Residential New Construction Plumbing Location: Georgetown, DE Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to win repeat business by doing quality installations of plumbing systems in residential new construction, including underground, roughs, and finals. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION PLUMBING INSTALLER * Licensed as a journeyman plumber (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience * Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction and ability to read blueprints * Ability to install water lines, water heater, sinks, and toilets * Knowledge of applicable state codes Do you have good communication skills?
