JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Residential Plumbing Sales Technician Trainee. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners needing plumbing services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess customer needs, explain plumbing solutions, and provide accurate estimates. • High school diploma or equivalent.

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Educate customers on available plumbing services, products, and pricing
• Prepare and present estimates and service agreements
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive client experience
• Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
