PHYSICAL + TECH REQUIREMENTS

  • Sit, stand, walk throughout the day
  • Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) occasionally
  • Able to use phone, iPad, computer, and CRM tools with speed and accuracy
  • Must pass drug and background screening
Responsibilities
  • Coach service technicians in real time on plumbing or generator calls
  • Monitor job flow and help techs maximize opportunity and convert high
  • Get on the phone with homeowners to support technicians and deliver solutions directly
  • Assist with presenting options, estimates, financing, and objection handling
  • Communicate with dispatch, CSR, and install teams to keep jobs moving
  • Review tickets, job notes, and status to catch gaps before they cost us revenue
  • Track sales KPIs and make proactive plays to improve close rates and average tickets
  • Help build out scripting, objection handling, and performance tools for the field
