Overview Job description Fire & Ice Heating and Air is looking for a talented plumbing sales professional to join our team. The Role Diagnoses sewer/plumbing/drain issues in a customer’s home, and presents repair options directly to the customer through the sales process. Responsibilities: · Consult plumbing and sewer issues, and prepare repair estimates. · Executes the sales process to deliver repair options directly to the customer. · Creates job bids in accordance with company profit goals. · Thoroughly prepare statement of work and supporting documents to hand project off to installation team. · Communicate with customer through entire project, and ensure customer is 100% satisfied at completion of project. · Participate in training events and shares lessons learned/best practices with sewer sales team. · Assists customers with financing options for project.
