Description

Work Location: - Tai Seng Salary: - $4000-$5500 Job Description: - Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services. - Preparation of shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings. - Documentation of method statements and work procedures. - Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled. - Evaluation, cost estimation, and analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas services. - Liaison with all parties involved in the project, including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers. - Attend site meetings and inspections. - Prepare progress reports, claims, variation orders (VO), method statements, and safe work procedures. - Assist the project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project. Job Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position with relevant design knowledge. - HDB projects experience in Singapore is a must. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. - Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, innovative and result-oriented. - Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

The role involves project management for Sanitary, Plumbing, and Gas Services, including preparation of various drawings and documentation. The engineer will also monitor site activities, liaise with project stakeholders, and assist in project progress management.
